Healthy Lunch - Spinach Pasta

So this week one of my faveourite things to have for lunch is to make this yummy pasta, it's really easy to make and its quick enough that I can make it in the mornings when I'm having my breakfast. 

You will need ... 
1 cup of pasta 
1/2 cup of spinach leaves 
any dressing of your choice 

  1. Take the pasta and place in a microwavable bowl, add enough water to completely cover the pasta.
  2. Put the pasta in the microwave for about 6 minutes, checking and stirring it after about 3 minutes. 
  3. Drain the pasta and put in the fridge to cool, 
  4. Once cool pour over as much dressing as you like and add the spinach.  

I just pop this in a tupperwear box and take this to school with me. It's super yummy and the cooking pasta this way means it's a little al dente but I like it that way!
