Recently I have been feeling super bloated and with all the yummy easter food hanging around thats just not fun! So I looked for ways to feel less bloated and discovered that green tea is a great way to do that, which is great because I love green tea, however a different method I found is a mug of hot water with a couple lemon slices in it. Super simple but super effective! 

I've been trying to drink 2/3 of these a day and I can feel a big difference and it's a good way to increase your water intake too!!
