Holiday Countdown - Workout Wednesday Edition

So as promised here are the workout moves I've been doing for the last couple weeks to get my body ready for that teeny bikini for holiday! 

 
Donkey Kicks - 3 minutes and 3 sets 

Squats - 3 minutes and 3 sets 
 



















Hip Raises - Hold for 3 minutes and of course you guessed 3 sets 
 
russian twists - amazing for abs!! again same as the others 3 minutes and 3 sets 

There's other moves I like to switch out but these are really kicking my body into gear at the moment! I've been doing these every other day because I need a rest day for sore muscles.
