This is a great and healthy recipie full of protein that's easy to make and perfect for exam mornings. The recipie is from Blogilates, Casey Ho. If you don't know her you absolutely should! 
I've posted the recipie video below, I have them all the time now, the best toppings in my opinion is all natural maple syrup and plain greek yogurt!
